Images from Image Bank Sweden may be used free of charge by anyone wishing to use images for the purpose of promoting Sweden abroad. This includes marketing intended to increase travel to Sweden. Marketing of other products or services is prohibited.
Images in the image bank may not be used in Sweden for a Swedish target audience.
The user of an image must download the image himslef from Image Bank Sweden and accept the Terms and Conditions of Use. This is a condition for the use of the image. An image from Image Bank Sweden may not be transferred to third parties.
If the downloaded image will be used again, it must be downloaded again, since new Terms and Conditions may be applicable to the image.
In conjunction with the use of an image, the name of the photographer shall be indicated in the following manner: name of photographer/imagebank.sweden.
The person, company or organization which uses an image from Image Bank Sweden is responsible for compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Les images de la banque d’images ne peuvent pas être utilisées en Suède pour un public suédois.
L’utilisateur d’une image doit la télécharger lui-même à partir de la banque d’images de Suède et accepter les conditions d’utilisation. L’utilisation de l’image est subordonnée à cette condition. Aucune image de la banque d’images de Suède ne peut être transférée à des tiers.
En cas de nouvelle utilisation de l’image téléchargée, il est nécessaire de la télécharger à nouveau dans la mesure où il est possible que de nouvelles conditions lui soient applicables.
Dans le cadre de l’utilisation d’une image, le nom du photographe doit être mentionné de la manière suivante : nom du photographe/imagebank.sweden.

Las imágenes procedentes del banco de imágenes Image Bank Sweden podrán ser utilizadas, sin cargo alguno, por cualquier persona que desee utilizar imágenes para promocionar Suecia en el extranjero. Esto incluye las actividades de marketing destinadas a incrementar los viajes a Suecia. Queda prohibido el marketing de otros productos o servicios.
Las imágenes del banco de imágenes no podrán utilizarse en Suecia si van dirigidas a una audiencia sueca.
El usuario de una imagen deberá descargar él mismo la imagen de Image Bank Sweden y aceptar los Términos y Condiciones de Uso. Esto constituye una condición para el uso de la imagen. No podrán transferirse a terceros las imágenes procedentes de Image Bank Sweden.
En caso de que vaya a volverse a utilizar la imagen ya bajada, deberá bajarse de nuevo, ya que es posible que resulten de aplicación nuevos Términos y Condiciones a la imagen.
Junto con el uso de una imagen, deberá indicarse el nombre del fotógrafo como sigue: nombre del fotógrafo/imagebank.sweden.
La persona, empresa, sociedad u organización que utilice una imagen procedente de Image Bank Sweden será responsable del cumplimiento de los Términos y Condiciones de Uso.

Jeder, der Bilder einsetzen möchte, um im Ausland für Schweden zu werben, kann Bilder von der Imagebank Sweden kostenlos verwenden. Hierzu gehören Marketingmaßnahmen mit dem Ziel, Reisen nach Schweden zu fördern. Marketing für andere Produkte bzw. Dienstleistungen ist nicht gestattet.
Bilder aus der Imagebank Sweden dürfen in Schweden für eine schwedische Zielgruppe nicht verwendet werden.
Der Nutzer eines Bildes muss das Bild von der Imagebank Sweden selbst herunterladen und die Nutzungsbedingungen akzeptieren. Dies ist Voraussetzung für die Verwendung des Bildes. Bilder aus der Imagebank Sweden dürfen nicht an Dritte weitergegeben werden.
Wenn das heruntergeladene Bild erneut verwendet werden soll, muss es ein weiteres Mal heruntergeladen werden, da für das Bild neue Nutzungsbedingungen gelten könnten.
Im Zusammenhang mit der Verwendung eines Bildes ist der Name des Fotografen folgendermaßen anzugeben: Name des Fotografen/imagebank.sweden.
